YOUTUBE star Mat Armstrong has splashed the cash on a £1.6million mega mansion after his rapid rise to fame on social media.
The 30-year-old content creator purchased the six-bedroom home, complete with stables, in a tiny parish in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
He's made a name for himself fixing up messed-up motors and giving away his hard work to friends, family and his followers.
Mat is currently rebuilding Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford's special edition Rolls-Royce Wraith, worth an eye-watering £700,000.
He comes from humble beginnings, working in an Indian restaurant in his 20s in a bid to fund his somewhat successful professional BMX career.
But now he's hung up his hat and put away his bike after making millions focussing his attention on rebuilding broken cars on YouTube.

Mat and his girlfriend Hannah splashed £1,595,000 on their new home, SundayStar.co.uk understands – months after buying another house nearby.
Speaking to his YouTube fans on Monday, Mat gave a tour of the couple's new pad, moving over his personal car collection, including a Lamborghini and McLaren.
"Bought my dream house again," he explained "After buying my dream house only one year ago, me and Hannah decided to move once more."
He says the sprawling property is their "forever home" and hasn't got any immediate plans to move out, detailing his renovation ideas.
"All of you guys should start chasing your dreams. I started four years ago and my whole life has been changed, and I've got a feeling this is only the start."
