MARATHON day is already a stressful one, but imagine pooping your pants mid-race, what exactly would you decide to do?

Well, Tamara Torlakson somehow managed to maintain "business as normal" when accidentally soiling herself during the sprint.

The unlucky mum had come a cropper mid-way through the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon all the way back in 2018.

Speaking of the incident at the time, she explained: "Training was going really well, I knew I was in really good shape."

It was at mile 13 that Tamara realised she needed to use the bathroom, but not wanting to stop, she decided to go in her shorts.

"I thought, 'I don't know if it's possible to poop while running, but I will try,'" Torlakson said.

"I didn't want one poop to mess it all up."

After releasing into her pants, Tamara said she "had to focus", explaining: "It just came out and I felt a lot better."

She thinks no one noticed at the time, saying that she "didn't give a s**t" if they did.

    "Marathoners don't judge," she added.

Nearing the finish line, she yelled to friends "I pooped my pants!" before dashing to a nearby Porta Potty to clean herself up.
