CHEATING Phillip Schofield filmed "countless hours" of footage with his young beau at ITV, a source tells SundayStar.co.uk.
The telly presenter, 61, was helping the lad "produce a portfolio", and even roped in his sofa co-star Holly Willoughby.
Pictures and footage also show the man, we've chosen to keep anonymous, shooting scenes with Eamonn and Ruth.
Now an insider tells SundayStar.co.uk that the TV hopeful used to tell Schofield he "wanted to be as successful as him".
Sources say Schofield wanted to do "everything he could" to help the lad, setting up filming days at the studio in London's Southbank.
Speaking exclusively to SundayStar.co.uk, an ex-employee revealed: "The lad filmed scenes with Holly and Phil so he could build up a portfolio.
"It was something Schofield was helping him with at This Morning."
They explained: "He even sat down with Phillip filming segments in one of the offices at ITV, pretending to be a showbiz news presenter.
"The youngster recorded countless hours alongside Holly and Phil and all the other presenters at ITV, they were all friends."
In footage seen by SundayStar.co.uk, the lad once filmed a segment of This Morning – only wearing his swimwear.
Our source added: "Phillip insisted he helped out [the young lad] as he so desperately wanted a career in TV and to be as successful as Schofield at ITV.
"At one point, in front of Eamonn and Ruth, the [young man] was covered in sun cream as he stood in the This Morning studio in a pair of trunks.
"Phillip helped him shoot a showreel in a bid to get him on the sofa full-time, presenting segments for ITV and This Morning."
SundayStar.co.uk has approached ITV for comment.
Schofield sensationally admitted cheating on his wife Steph with the youngster, calling the ordeal "unwise but not illegal".
Apologising to the press, which Schofield lied to on many occasions, he added: "I am painfully conscious that I have lied to my employers at ITV…
"…to my colleagues and friends, to my agents, to the media and therefore the public, and most importantly of all to my family."
"I am so very, very sorry, as I am for having been unfaithful to my wife."
