DIVER Tom Daley has announced the birth of his second child shared with his author husband Dustin Lance Black.
The pair welcomed their first child Robert back in 2018 via surrogate and yesterday announced that their family had "grown".
Phoenix Rose Black-Daley was born on March 28 and the famous couple say the little lad is "just perfect" in a new post.

Sharing a sweet family snap as Tom introduced Phoenix to their first-born Robbie, fans gushed over the couple's new kid.
Tom wrote: "Our family has grown in the last week.
He added: "We welcomed Phoenix to the world on 28/03/23 and he’s just perfect. Robbie is loving being a BIG BRO!"
Tom's Olympic diver co-star Matty Lee commented: "Can’t wait to meet him! Love you all."

While the official Team GB account said: "Massive congratulations to you and the family!"
Noting one aspect in the picture, presenter Matt Baker commented: "Welcome to the world PhoeniX loving his first jumper!"
