AN ANGRY burger lover wants to take a fast-food joint to court after accidentally tucking into a mouldy crispy chicken burger.

The ticked-off takeaway customer slammed Chick-fil-A after finding spots of green mould along the bottom of their dinner.

Taking to Reddit, user u/Beneficial-Budget163 has asked for advice after revealing their plans to take the eatery into the courtroom.

The less than amused American shared a snap of their soggy bun, perfectly capturing the deeply depressing mouldy bits.

"There was mold on my sandwich," (sic) they wrote. "Can anyone help me sue them for 3 billion dollars? Thanks!"

"Then when you get there be walking real fast towards to counter like your mad and just trip and fall. Tell them your gonna sue them because the floor isn't level.

"Then you can agree to settle out of court for a few of the big things of CFA sauce. You'd be so lucky."
