TERRIFYING footage captured the moment masked thieves "held a gun" to an 11-year-old boy's head in a daylight robbery.

Thugs allegedly took jewellery, car keys and a Rolex watch in the brazen heist in lawless Walsall, West Midlands.

Reports say suspects "put a knife" to a 71-year-old gran's neck as six men entered the family home in Athlone Road on Wednesday.

Ring doorbell video shows the group attempting to flee in the family's Range Rover before its immobiliser stopped them.

West Midlands Police told SundayStar.co.uk they were investigating an "aggravated burglary" and urged witnesses to call 101.

"My son was there, he was very shook up. He is only 11. These guys had guns, they put a gun to his head," a relative told BlackCountryLive.

"They put a knife to my mom's throat, which is his grandmother, then they put a gun to my dad's head.

"My son was pleading with them 'please don't shoot my grandad, don't stab my grandma'. He was crying and screaming but they weren't bothered."
