COPS have arrested someone after an assault at a secondary school earlier this morning, sparking a full investigation.
South Wales police raced to St Joseph's Catholic School and Sixth Form Centre on Wednesday (March 5), according to reports.
It's thought parents were forced to collect their children after the incident, but the school says the ordeal didn't involve pupils.

Officers say a 51-year-old man was taken to hospital and that a second man, aged 54, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

"South Wales Police was called at 9:50am this morning to reports of an assault at St Joesphs Roman Catholic Comprehensive in Aberavon," they said.
"A 51-year-old man has been taken to hospital, it is believed his injuries are neither life changing nor life threatening. A 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault."
A statement from the school reads: "An incident occurred at St Joseph's Catholic School and Sixth Form Centre this morning.

"The incident did not involve any pupils. The matter is currently under investigation by the police and the school are fully cooperating with their inquiries.
"We understand that this situation may cause concern within our school community and we would like to reassure you that pupil and staff welfare is our top priority."
Addressing 'lockdown' rumours, councillor for Aberavon, Stephanie Grimshaw, said: "I can understand parents are worried about the ongoing incident.
"I can confirm that no pupils have been involved and the school is not in lockdown. I will share information from the police as soon as I can."
